  3. This makes me think about the National Reserve Act. I wanted to know if the dam was built as a later result of the National Reserve Act, or was the act not active anymore during FDR's precidency?

  4. Before this video, I have never heard of the Grand Coulee Dam. The video stated that the Dam was "The Biggest Thing Ever", that it created a lot of things like; jobs, electricity etc. Harry Truman said that without Grand Coulee Dam, it would have been IMPOSSIBLE to win the war! Nice to learn something new. I am going to watch the entire video when I get the chance.

This makes me think of: Our discussion in class about how the US was the leader of industrial power dominating steel, oil, etc. And now the Grand Coulee Dam was a source of cheap power that would boost an entire region of the country. It would soar the United States to higher heights and remain at the top of industrial power.
